Overview

Overview - Join the Guest Services Operations team as a Guest Services Operations Co-Op Student, where your drive and attention to detail will support our projects and SOP development, aiming to improve productivity and performance. This role works cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class transformations and technological solutions.

Location: North Vancouver, BC. This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, three days per week in office.

Duration: Eight (8) months, January 5, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Base pay range: CA$44,700.00 / yr – CA$55,100.00 / yr. Pay is dependent on year of study and related experience. Details provided by the recruiter at interview.

Meet your future team

The Arc’teryx Guest Services team strives for authentic, professional, and knowledgeable service with a focus on human interaction to inspire guest loyalty. The Guest Services Operations team is a small, dynamic group delivering transformations and technological solutions to support Arc’teryx’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the development and implementation of project initiatives
  • Reviewing process data and gathering insights for enhancements
  • Assisting in the creation and documentation of SOPs and workflows
  • Documenting business processes and mapping workflows to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance processes and tools
  • Providing administrative and coordination support to project activities
  • Participating in team meetings, sprint planning, and brainstorming sessions
  • Preparing materials to share with the team to support communications
  • Learning and contributing to change management activities to help projects land successfully
Future activities
  • Documenting role mandates and departmental overviews for leadership
  • Assisting in rolling out new technologies and process updates
  • Assessing workflows to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Collaborating with partners across the business to gather information and ideas
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business, Communications, Operations, or related field)
  • Curious, eager to learn, with an interest in customer service and operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience building a process map via Miro / Visio or similar
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys collaborative work and contributing ideas
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Committed to continuous improvement and growth
