Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee the general operations of the store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to meet customer needs, be self-motivated, and assist managers with tasks to maintain a well-run, clean, and safe facility. Knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service are essential.

Pay Rates

Starting between: $16.85 - $21.25 per hour

Qualifications
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
  • Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
