Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise store employees and oversee general operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to effectively respond to customer needs. They should be self-motivated and willing to assist managers with tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and operationally efficient. Knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service are essential.

Pay Rates

Starting between: $16.85 - $21.25 per hour

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
• Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check required
