Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee store operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to meet customer needs. They should be self-motivated, ready to assist managers with various tasks, and knowledgeable about store operations and our commitment to quality and service.

Pay Rate: Starting between $19.80 - $24.98 per hour

Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with calculators, computers, and equipment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
  • Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
