About the Role As the Guest Services Associate, you will serve as the welcoming face of Carey and the logistical backbone of day-to-day operations. The front desk functions as a centralized hub, coordinating activities across Carey’s three distinct areas—the theological college, the student residence, and the hotel/guest accommodations. You will support hotel check-ins and check-outs, student housing logistics, event coordination, and handle a range of inquiries from guests, students, and staff.
