Our Guest Services Team’s main objective is to ensure a world-class guest experience from arrival to departure. This high-profile department carries a special responsibility by creating the first and last impression of the Hotel.

Who you are :

• You have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude, and enjoy interacting with people.
• You are impeccable with your personal presentation.
• You have an excellent command of the English language.
• You are knowledgeable about what Toronto has to offer visitors.
• You demonstrate attention to detail and have the ability to multitask.
• You are comfortable with standing outside for the majority of your shift and are able to lift at least 60 lbs.
• Valid G Class Driver's license.
• Able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Possess a clean driving record (minimum of two years).
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts : days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred additional skills :

Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field.

1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a fast-paced Hotel operation.
