The starting salary for this position is $18.00 per hour

What will you do in this job?
  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming guests and providing information on weather, ticketing, and tram operations.
  • Sell tickets and allocate guests to tramcar spaces using a custom point-of-sale system.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and third-party billing processes accurately.
  • Operate and maintain knowledge of the “flight system” ticketing platform.
  • Resolve ticketing issues, process refunds, and address guest feedback professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and staff via phone, radio, or in person.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as filing, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Follow operational procedures and comply with safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
