Tourism Golden is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Prestige Golden Hotel in British Columbia. This role involves providing guest services with a personal touch, maintaining cleanliness, and operating the telephone console. Prior experience is an asset but not required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and professional guest services
• Utilizes instinctive upselling techniques and negotiate rates to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
• Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk
• Assists guests on arrival, departure and during their stay
• Operates the telephone console
• Processes reservation and cancellation requests
• Performs other duties as directed by the General Manager
