Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is hiring part-time valet and bell desk staff to deliver exceptional hospitality to hotel guests. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide transportation arrangements as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience is required.
• Must provide a clean criminal history certificate and driver’s abstract annually.
• Ontario Class G2 license and ability to drive manual transmission.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 5–50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Represent as the first point of contact with guests; greet and acknowledge all guests with exceptional service.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles and manage valet operations safely and efficiently.
• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage and transportation requests.
• Explain room and hotel facilities, safety procedures, and operate the key system.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and follow SOPs at all times.
