Job Description:
The Hotel Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guests' accounts upon completion of their stay. The ideal candidate must possess a positive and upbeat personality, a desire to deliver excellent customer service, the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving to effectively handle internal and external customer interactions. Duties include driving the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, assisting guests with loading and unloading luggage, performing light cleaning duties, and other assigned tasks.
Additional requirements include handling multiline switchboard, managing emails, working in a fast-paced and busy environment, and being flexible to work all shifts if needed. This position is part-time but has the potential to lead to full-time employment quickly.
Previous experience would be an asset but is not mandatory.
