Crescent Hotels & Resorts’ Matrix Hotel is hiring a Guest Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team in Canada. You’ll help maintain spotless guest rooms, change towels, make beds and keep bathrooms inviting, ensuring a pleasant stay for every guest.

You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends, and bring reliable team spirit and a detail‑oriented approach to every task. We offer competitive wages and opportunities to grow.

Formación

• 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience.

Responsabilidades

• As our Guest Room Attendant, you will be working with our Housekeeping team to maintain our guest rooms by changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
• You will also address guests’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times.
• Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant, comfortable and memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

You don’t shy away from physical work and can lift linen bundles that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
