Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, cleaning, janitorial, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned hotel areas.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies while ensuring rooms are refreshed, organized, and guest-ready.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, maintenance concerns, and operation readiness.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly and accurately.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously.
