Join our team at the Wilder Institute's Calgary Zoo and help create positive experiences for visitors of all ages! Our Guest Relations team is seekingseasonal part-time Guest Relations Customer Service Representatives whose responsibilities may include executing sales transactions, crowd and line management, access control, Concierge desk duties and assisting with basic duties in the call center during high volume periods.
Customer Service Representatives may rotate through specific indoor/outdoor workstations as needed throughout the days operations.
