About This Team

Our focus is on building guest loyalty through driving retention, frequency and brand love with various guest programs and offers. The team is always identifying opportunities for enhancing and differentiating our offerings. Our constant aim is to inspire even deeper guest engagement with the brand through the triangulation of data/analytics, insights, consumer trends and mindsets – to collaborate with others to create alignment on a common strategy.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

  • Lead the project management and daily operations of our strategic and limited time offer initiatives, overseeing the implementation of our roadmap.
  • Accountable for the governance of our limited time offers and intake forms.
  • Establish internal operational efficiencies around our limited time offers to improve our guest experience and ensure consistent execution across channels.
  • Enroll and work cross-functionally with numerous stakeholders across the organization (NAM & International).
  • Partner with technology and product teams to enhance our offer capability, specifically within retail operations and data management.
  • Lead the development of our OMNI reporting and data structure for limited time offers to track performance.
  • Explore new opportunities to diversify and enhance our offers, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field with 5 years’ experience in program management, operations or program management.
  • Proven project management and operations experience with the ability to identify and prioritize key tasks to keep projects on track.
  • Proven experience executing new initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders with different points of view.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and work with ambiguity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
