Kramer Mazda is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our growing team. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will create lasting memories with our customers as we celebrate their new vehicle purchase.

Position Summary (duties include but are not limited to) :

• Provide a welcoming and exciting experience when customers pick up their new / pre-owned vehicle.
• Guide clients through the features and operation of their new vehicle
• Verify vehicle information, add-ons, accessories and detail quality before delivery of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction
• Obtain customer testimonies through camera and customer experiences through the feedback form
• Maintain professional appearance and an organized / clean work environment
• Prepare deal folders and maintain brochures / other materials
• Complete other assignments and job duties as required

Requirements :

• Valid Alberta Driver's License and clean abstract
• Strong attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work Monday to Thursday : 10am -7pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm
