Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive customer service while anticipating needs.
• Book reservations and coordinate registration for events or venues.
• Operate a register and complete cash and credit card transactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
