Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Server for Moxy Halifax Downtown, Halifax, NS.

Under supervision, you will provide prompt, courteous food service, greet guests, take orders, and maintain a clean dining area while following all safety and health guidelines. The role requires availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Serve Right Certification is required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take and deliver guest orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area and dining tables.
• Provide courteous service and handle guest requests professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Support with setting tables and accommodating larger parties.
