Aramark is hiring a Server to create memorable guest experiences by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean, welcoming service area. You will engage with guests, anticipate needs, and work within safety policies during events and daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and communication skills, with knowledge of food safety. The role may require evenings and weekends, with a pay range noted in the posting.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Serves food and beverages to guests according to orders and banquet menus.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Maintains cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking IDs.
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and coworkers.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
