Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong service experience with guests.
• 1–3 years of restaurant service experience is a plus.
• Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Able to work well under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong attention to detail and personal hygiene.
• Professional appearance and manners; positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff, bar, etc.
• Maintain familiarity with menu items and bar offerings.
• Serve meals and drinks professionally and courteously.
• Set and clean tables; ensure proper linen and table settings.
• Keep condiments stocked and tables clean; manage decor and cleanliness.
• Present bills and process payments per establishment procedures.
• Attend meetings and training; follow health and safety guidelines.
