Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Brampton is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for part-time evening and night shifts. You’ll welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with bowling operations and sales at the counter.

The role emphasizes excellent phone etiquette, strong guest service, and a positive attitude in a lively entertainment setting. Prior hospitality experience is optional, and ages 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability for lanes and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter.
• Operate the POS system and assist guests with basic bowling instructions.
• Notify mechanics of any malfunctions and log issues.
