Job summary

InnVest Hotels' Prince George Hotel is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, and support lobby, night audit, and security tasks. You will deliver warm, efficient service and resolve guest needs to ensure a memorable stay.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a professional demeanor across shifts including evenings and weekends.

• Answer calls and share information about services and local attractions.
• Support lobby operations and luggage handling where applicable.
• Complete nightly audit tasks and prepare reports for the next day.
• Maintain guest safety and address disturbances promptly.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions to increase revenue.
