Responsibilities

• Deliver a Welcoming Customer Experience: Provides friendly, fast, and professional service to every customer entering and exiting the store, creating a positive first and last impression.
• Support Loss Prevention and Store Safety: Helps keep the store safe by placing return tags on items, watching for large purchases, and checking receipts; reports unusual activity.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation: Responds politely to EAS alarms, identifies why an item did not deactivate, and logs issues accurately.
• Assist Customers and Support Store Operations: Ensures customers have carts, baskets, and flyers; answers questions and helps locate products.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Store Environment: Follows policies to keep a safe, clean, hazard-free environment.
