Responsibilities

• Deliver a Welcoming Customer Experience: Provides friendly, fast, and professional service to every customer entering and exiting the store, creating a positive first and last impression.
• Support Loss Prevention and Store Safety: Helps keep the store safe by placing return tags on items, watching for large purchases, and checking receipts; reports unusual activity.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation: Responds to EAS alarms, helps identify deactivation issues, and completes logs; reports system issues to management.
• Assist Customers and Support Store Operations: Ensures customers have tools for shopping, provides directions, answers questions, and collaborates with sales associates to help locate products.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Store Environment: Follows company policies to maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free workplace.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
