Job summary

River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC, seeks a warm, enthusiastic Bell Person to welcome guests and set a polished tone from arrival to departure. You’ll assist with luggage, guide guests through the resort, coordinate transportation, and share recommendations on dining, entertainment and casino experiences for a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Scheduling must be available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Guest service experience or hospitality background preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and transport luggage.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Hospitality education is an asset.
• Experience in hotel, resort, or guest-focused environment is an asset.
• Criminal record check clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Guest welcome and arrival experience — greet guests warmly and set a seamless first impression.
• Luggage assistance — safely handle, transport, and store guest luggage.
• Property guidance — escort guests and navigate resort areas.
• Transportation coordination — arrange taxis, rideshares, shuttles promptly.
• Guest information support — provide recommendations on River Rock’s amenities, dining, and entertainment.
• Room delivery and amenities — deliver items and support guest comfort.
• Department collaboration — work with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Valet and others.
• Safety & compliance — follow safety protocols and licensing requirements.
• Relationship building — develop rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
