Job summary

Caressant Care is seeking a Guest Attendant to join our team in Harriston, Ontario. This casual position offers competitive wages and benefits with orientation and a collective agreement framework.

Candidates should have suitable formal education, experience with vulnerable people, and knowledge of the Retirement Homes Act, 2010. First Aid/CPR and Safe Food Handling are preferred, with English literacy essential.

What You Bring…
  • Suitable formal education
  • Experience working with vulnerable people
  • Working knowledge of the 'Retirement Homes Act, 2010'
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing and able to accept verbal and/or written direction
  • Good communication skills, able to read and write in the English language
  • First Aid and CPR-certified
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate
  • Punctual and reliable

The starting rate of pay is $21.07 per hour with increases after orientation is complete, and the terms and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
