Job summary

Tendercare Living Centre on McNicoll Avenue in Scarborough is seeking a Part-time Guest Attendant to support residents with daily activities. You will assist with ambulation, feeding, bathing and grooming, and help motivate residents to join activity programs.

Responsibilities include meal service, feeding assistance, and providing emotional support to residents and families; you will document care plans and participate in care conferences as required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a PSW program that meets ministry standards and minimum 600 hours.
• Nursing experience in long-term care is required.
• Ability to read/write English and communicate with residents/families.
