Job summary

3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking an onsite resource in Canada to support Global Trade Services (GTS) with compliance, imports and exports management, and country-specific customs processes.

You will handle data uploads, licensee checks, embargo reviews, origin determinations, and broker integrations to ensure accurate and timely declarations across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• BP Screening for SPL, Legal control (licensee checks) and Embargo
• SO, OBD, PO, IBD Compliance checks for SPL, licensee checks, and Embargo
• Upload of data from Data Provider (SPL, HTS, Duty rates, etc.)
• Imports Management: Import declarations and necessary declarations filing (Self or Broker interface)
• Export Management: Export declarations and necessary declarations filing (Self or Broker interface)
• Country-specific Customs processes
• Duty calculations for Imports
• Country of Origin determination (Preference Management)
• Self-filing and broker integration
• Localization based on the countries in scope
• Intrastat for EU
• Special customs procedure for the EU, US, and China
