Qualifications

• Incumbents must maintain their CCS designation when in this position. Must achieve annual re-currency points.
• Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with the appropriate equipment if position is located at the following ports: YQG, YOW, YEG, YWG, YYC, YMX
• In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (English and French).
• Solid knowledge of the following: Good mathematical and computer aptitude required; Knowledge of customs rules and regulations.
• Clearance systems preferred; Basic Level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Minimum of 25 wpm on data entry alpha numeric testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process low value (LVS) shipments in accordance with Canadian Customs regulations.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring international shipment information.
• Focus of this role is on commercial shipments.
• Ensure CCS designation is maintained and currency points are kept up to date.
• Operate clearance systems and relevant software as required.

Posted between 09/03/2026 - 09/10/2026. Shift: Sun-Thurs 0500-1330 PST (Sun start may need flexibility). Remote after in office training is completed. Required to report into station/office in home agent agreement. Open to those in Western Canada.
