Job description

We're seeking an innovative GTM Growth Partner to architect and optimize our sales go-to-market (prospecting) motion. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, and technology, with a focus on building scalable systems that turn ideal customer profiles (ICP) into potential customers.

Alternative titles we’ve considered for this role include:

Sales Engineer, RevOps Engineer, Outbound Architect, and Growth Strategist.

Heads up: This is a new kind of role in a fast-evolving space. If you haven’t held a title like this before, that’s totally okay. If you've worked as an SDR, or have had client-facing experiences, and enjoy digging into strategy—especially if you're tech-savvy and love exploring how to execute and automate ideas using the latest tools—this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Help design and orchestrate end-to-end lead generation processes & campaigns.
  2. Build and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments using next-gen tools and platforms.
  3. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
  4. Create automated workflows and systems that scale prospecting operations.
  5. Partner with sales leadership to align & develop GTM strategy with sales objectives.
  6. Partner with company leadership to align GTM strategy with company objectives.
  7. Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the full pre-sales funnel.
  8. Implement and improve GTM technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Expertise in modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, SendSpark, Instantly, etc.).
  2. Analytical capabilities and experience in data analysis + experimentation.
  3. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication skills.
  4. Background in customer facing roles, sales, growth, and technology.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. A natural curiosity and willingness to learn about people, businesses, and industries.
  7. Thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, technology, and execution.
  8. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid experimentation.
  9. Data-driven decision maker with strong problem-solving skills.
  10. Business-minded with a focus on cost-effective solutions.

What Success Looks Like

  1. Develop scalable, automated systems that generate leads and sales opportunities.
  2. Create experiments that boost lead generation.
  3. Leverage and optimize our current GTM technologies + implement new ones if needed.
  4. Establish metrics and frameworks to improve GTM performance.
