As part of KPMG’s high-performing Pursuits & Proposals team, the Specialist must bring strong business writing and editorial skills. The Pursuits Specialist will work collaboratively with the team to create winning proposals. This is a junior position with potential for growth. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a helpful attitude, motivated by diverse work, able to work under pressure, and proficient with current technology.

What You Will Do

• Support the pursuits & proposals team with the development and delivery of innovative proposals.
• Write and edit proposal documents that are focused and innovative in approach and execution.
• Collaborate with other marketing areas to achieve proposal objectives.
• Ensure written submissions meet RFP requirements and are compliant with KPMG Brand and Regulatory standards.
• Undertake compliance and editorial reviews.
• Assist in preparing client/bidder meetings and oral presentation materials.
• Be comfortable with e-Submissions and technology use.

What You Bring To The Role

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Commerce, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proposal/business writing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with procurement sites.
