Sundae Creative was founded by entrepreneurs Karine Idrissi and Kristina Argento, and specializes in blending traditional and digital PR strategies. Our teams cover strategic communications, influencer marketing, social media, and design, serving clients across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and more. The opportunity

We are introducing a new role: Growth & Partnerships Manager for the Canadian market. This role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities within influencer marketing, shaping our agency’s growth, and delivering measurable results. We seek a self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional with a strategic mindset who can own and scale our agency.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead outbound sales efforts to expand Sundae Creative's presence in Canada, including prospecting and closing new business in influencer marketing.
  • Manage the full business development cycle: lead generation, outreach, pitches, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Maintain a high-performing pipeline with regular KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate on strategic proposals and pitches for inbound leads and RFPs.
  • Build relationships with clients through outreach, networking, and events.
  • Contribute to shaping our positioning and proposals in new business discussions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Recommend tools, offerings, and revenue streams aligned with our growth vision.

Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years in business development, client partnerships, or senior account roles within PR, media, or creative agencies.
  • Proven success in generating and converting outbound leads, securing large clients, and hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, influencer marketing, social media, and events.
  • Experience with lifestyle, CPG, wellness, food & beverage, or fashion brands.
  • Ability to craft proposals and lead strategic pitches.
  • Charismatic, confident communicator skilled at building trust.
  • Data-driven with industry insights to inform strategy.
  • Resourceful, autonomous, and process-oriented.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
