Sharpstakes Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing & Operations Lead to own systems, funnels, experiments, and channels driving acquisition and retention for our consumer businesses.
This role is not traditional brand marketing; it requires hands-on execution, rapid iteration, and a strong acquisition mindset. You will launch campaigns, optimize funnels, and automate lifecycle marketing end-to-end.
We’re looking for a highly execution-oriented Growth Marketing & Operations Lead to own the systems, funnels, experiments, and channels that drive customer acquisition and retention across our consumer businesses.
This is not a traditional brand marketing or strategy role. We want someone who knows how to actually make growth happen: launch campaigns, build funnels, set up tracking, identify where users are dropping off, run experiments, automate lifecycle marketing, and continuously double down on what works.
You should have enough prior experience that you aren’t figuring out the basics for the first time. You know what a strong acquisition funnel looks like, understand the major growth channels, and can move quickly from idea → implementation → data → iteration.

You're someone who looks at a funnel and immediately starts asking:
Why aren't more people clicking?
Why are they registering but not purchasing?
Which source produces our highest-LTV customers?
What happens if we change the offer?
Why aren't we retargeting these users?
Could affiliates, Reddit, creators, SEO, communities, or another channel work here?
What can we launch this week to find out?
You don't need a large team or months of planning to start making progress. You know how growth works, you move quickly, and you use data to decide what to do next.
The goal is simple: find scalable acquisition channels, improve conversion throughout the funnel, increase customer value, and build the systems that allow us to continuously grow.
