Job description

Lightspeed is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media to manage day-to-day initiatives for the North American region. The candidate will plan, execute, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video) to drive sales and increase conversions from website visitors. A strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and the ability to quickly analyze data are essential for success in this role.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  1. Growing leads and sales via Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video campaigns across all NOAM Industries.
  2. Executing campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  3. Monitoring trends, investigating irregularities, and troubleshooting ad issues affecting delivery, performance, tracking, and reporting.
  4. Managing campaign expenses, staying within budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  5. Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of paid media campaigns.
What you’ll bring to the team:
  1. At least 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google and Bing with proven success.
  2. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, and YouTube Ads.
  3. Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
  4. Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  5. Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
Preferred qualifications (not required):
  1. Experience as a team lead or manager.
  2. Lead-generation experience in a B2B environment.
  3. Experience collaborating with sales teams.
