As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own and lead Gestisoft’s entire marketing strategy and lead generation efforts across Canada and the US. This is not a support role — this is your mission. You will plan, execute, and optimize high-impact marketing programs to drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from 180 to 375 within a year. Your creativity and strategic autonomy will be key to scaling initiatives that generate measurable pipeline growth.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like :

  • Define, implement, and manage the Canada & US marketing roadmap for our ERP and CRM products.
  • Take full ownership of strategy, budgets, execution, experimentation, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for your markets.
  • Lead intent-based Google Search campaigns targeting bottom-funnel keywords like “ERP consultant Toronto.”
  • Collaborate on SEO blogs articles, pillar pages, and lead magnets targeting vertical-specific keywords.
  • Develop high-conversion assets such as dashboards, guides, competitor comparisons, and industry “wedge offers.”
  • Own monthly Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns focused on Manufacturing and Field Services verticals, using enriched lists and personalized outreach.
  • Manage local SEO and Google Business profiles in key cities; lead proactive review gathering on Clutch and Google.
  • Launch and test LinkedIn Ads targeting operations managers with tailored offers by segment.
  • Build nurture email workflows with personalized content and CTAs based on funnel stage and industry.
