Job description

Our mission? To power measurable employee engagement worldwide. And we’d love for you to join us!

About the job - Growth Marketing Manager

Join the Marketing team, where you’ll have the opportunity to own our paid channels and lifecycle marketing campaigns, helping us drive 40% growth in 2025. This is a new role and we’re looking for someone who is eager to test new offers and channels that will help us stand out and hit our aggressive targets.

  • Manage the execution and budget of paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google, LinkedIn, G2, Meta, Bing, etc).
  • Track, and improve paid ad conversion rates, with the goal of ensuring we maintain lead-to-opportunity conversion rate goals
  • Work with our Director of Marketing to identify and test new channels including niche paid media (podcasts, newsletters, Reddit, communities), micro-influencer partnerships, and emerging platforms.
  • Have a data-driven approach to enable informed decisions while optimizing campaigns and improving effectiveness across all paid media channels

Campaign Management

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (across email, social media, content marketing, direct mail) to drive conversions and pipeline.
  • Analyze all aspects of our marketing funnel, identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Track, analyze and interpret relevant pipeline metrics. Focus on connecting marketing efforts to business results, specifically revenue, and not just top of funnel vanity metrics.

Marketing Operations

  • Own our marketing automation tools including HubSpot and Chili Piper. Know how to extract data from these platforms to make better marketing decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across marketing platforms, enabling marketing, sales, and leadership to confidently use data to drive insights and decision making.
  • Evaluate new tools and workflows that boost marketing efficiency and keep things running smoothly.
  • Manage email marketing program including automations and email nurtures, A/B testing when it makes sense, and support new BDR cadences in Salesloft
  • Partner closely with the Sales teams to make sure lead hand off is smooth, monitor rep activity metrics, gather feedback, and achieve results, adjusting programs as needed to meet goals

About you

  • You have 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and don’t need to Google terms like TOFU or CTR
  • You have the ability to work independently and be a self-starter with a desire to test new, out-of-the-box ideas
  • Deep understanding of demand generation best practices, marketing automation tools (Hubspot), CRMs (Salesforce) and analytics platforms (Looker)
  • You are experienced in launching and testing paid advertising for B2B
  • You are a team player and work well with others
  • You are able to join us in our Toronto office (3 days a week)

How you can stand out

  • Experience running and scaling ad spend across multiple channels; Google, LinkedIn, Meta
  • Any Paid Social, Google Ad or HubSpot Certifications are a bonus
  • Comfortable owning our martech stack and being the ‘go-to’ for marketing ops support on the team
  • You're proud of some of the high-converting marketing campaigns you've already run in your career, and have quantifiable results to show for it
  • You're a marketer who knows that "growth" means more than just lead gen

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
