THE POSITION

Join Our Team as a Growth Marketing Manager

FanDuel Canada seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer retention and optimize ROI for Sportsbook and Casino verticals. You will own the promotional budget and collaborate with teams including Commercial, Trading, Analytics, Brand, and Customer Service. This role offers a dynamic environment to learn and grow within a leading gaming company.

Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing to develop promotional roadmaps for sports, casino, and cross-sell campaigns.
• Analyze past performance to propose new promotions for different customer segments.
• Innovate promotional mechanics and strategies.
• Manage forecasting and a multi-million-dollar promotional budget.
• Report on ROI and work with analytics to understand promotional impact.
• Oversee end-to-end promotional development and execution.
• Coordinate with Customer Support & Trading teams on campaigns.
• Drive UX improvements related to promotions.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in marketing promotions, loyalty, or retention in B2C or similar roles.
• 2+ years managing or mentoring teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of promotional impact on financial and customer metrics.
• Data-driven with analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, experience with Tableau or similar, and SQL/KNIME knowledge a plus.
• Interest in sports and gaming; knowledge of regulated industries a plus.
