Qualifications

  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics and Keyword Analysis tools.

About The Job

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and team-minded Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines strategic planning, execution, and team coordination — owning Klara’s marketing strategy while actively driving its implementation.

You will lead content, email, social media, and sales enablement efforts, ensuring measurable results and impactful messaging. While strong B2B marketing expertise is essential — particularly in content, lead generation, and growth — an understanding of software development, storage technologies, and operating systems is highly valued. You’ll communicate technical topics effectively, deliver on ambitious goals, and contribute directly to our success in an agile, small-company environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute Klara’s marketing strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals.
  • Owns pipeline reporting and dashboards; ensures qualified leads are handed off to engineering for meetings and technical validation
  • Drive campaigns across content, email, social media, and digital advertising, directly creating deliverables where needed.
  • Manage our social media presence, ensuring messaging reflects both our brand and technical expertise.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, analyzing data to refine campaigns and improve performance.
  • Identify and manage contractors, vendors, and freelancers to support specific projects or campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing best practices as well as industry developments in software, storage, and operating systems.
  • Plan and execute measurable campaigns to drive demand, generate and nurture leads, and move prospects toward qualification.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize content for visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and direct content contractors, ensuring a steady flow of relevant, technically-informed material.
  • Coordinate operational tasks and execute deliverables directly to keep projects on track.
  • Evaluate customer journeys and improve engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver who can pivot between planning, managing, and hands-on delivery as required.

Skills And Qualifications

  • BA/BS in business or 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Comfortable with technology and can pick up new platforms, tools, and features quickly.
  • Very organized and is able to work in an agile manner but keep track of the larger goals
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Keyword Analysis tools and so on
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
  • Being a team player and being an avid collaborator.
  • Experience and/or understanding of popular keyword tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc)
  • Experience working with Social Media Automation tools (SproutSocial, Loomly, Hootsuite etc.)
  • Desired: Understanding of WordPress-based website administration
