See Sight Tours is already a leader in small-group travel — and we’re scaling fast. Our goal is simple: double revenue every year and become one of the fastest-growing travel companies in North America, while staying profitable.
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to take ownership of our direct sales engine, work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Ops, and Marketing, and lay the foundation for the next phase of growth. This is a high-upside role with a clear path to Head of Growth as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
- Own direct sales growth: Drive improvements in funnels, paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Run fast experiments: Spot bottlenecks, launch tests, and scale what works.
- Boost repeat + referral revenue: Build lifecycle programs (email + SMS) that engage travelers before, during, and after trips.
- Work across teams: Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to support launches and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Build your pod: Execute hands-on in Year 1 while designing the blueprint for your own growth team.
- Step up as Head of Growth: As revenue doubles, transition into leadership with full pod ownership.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or similar roles.
- Proven track record with paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok), funnels, and analytics.
- Skilled in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and lifecycle tools (Klaviyo, Zendesk, Braze).
- Analytical and outcome-driven — focused on results, not vanity metrics.
- Ambitious and hungry to grow into leadership.
