Job description

Job Title : Growth Lead

Work Type : Full Time - Hybrid

Salary Range : OTE around $100 - 110K (uncapped)

Location : Montreal or Toronto

We are currently working with a FinTech startup in their search for a Growth / Sales Development Lead.

About the Opportunity :

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an opportunity for you to scale top-of-funnel efforts, with the ability to build processes for sending hundreds of semi-personalized messages and ultimately get sales team meetings.

Responsibilities :

  1. Sales Development (50%)
  2. Build and scale outbound campaigns
  3. Grow and manage lead lists
  4. Book demos for their Sales team
  5. Help build out their SDR function
  6. Growth Marketing (50%)
  7. Drive high-impact engagement
  8. Improve their website performance (SEO, funnels, traffic)
  9. Use tools and automation to drive scalable growth

Qualifications :

  1. Solid understanding of wealth and finance
  2. Tech-savvy, especially with sales & growth tools
  3. 1000+ followers on social (drop your links in the app!)
  4. Degree from a top Canadian university (B.Com or similar)
  5. Background in IB, VC, entrepreneurship, finance sales or wholesaling
  6. Data-driven and hands-on—you get things done
