Qualifications

• Ability to independently manage event coordination from start to finish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media, Canva, and Hootsuite.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team across business lines with prospecting, lead research, and building target account lists.
• Assist with RFPs and proposal responses, gathering inputs and tracking deadlines.
• Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activity, and report on lead status.
• Coordinate client communications and event coordination from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as statements, decks, and service sheets.
• Support content, SEO, social media, and design efforts for campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals.
