ExaCare AI is seeking a Growth and Marketing Intern to join our Toronto-based Growth team. You will help build campaigns, content, and programs that move pipeline and brand, collaborating with Growth, Sales, and Product.

This hybrid internship offers hands-on experience at a fast-moving healthcare startup, with mentorship from experienced leaders and potential for full-time opportunities.

• Test and execute growth tactics across channels and report performance insights.
• Conduct market and competitive research to sharpen positioning and messaging.
• Track and report on campaign performance and insights.
• Partner with Sales and Product to support demand generation and customer engagement.

Growth and Marketing Intern (Winter 2027)

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth and Marketing Intern to join our Growth team and help us tell the exacare ai story to prospective customers, partners, and the market at large. You'll work closely with Growth, Sales, and Product to help build campaigns, content, and programs that move the needle on pipeline and brand.

This role is a great fit for someone who wants hands-on experience at a fast-moving healthcare startup, is comfortable with ambiguity, and wants to see their work ship.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, content, events)
• Help create and edit marketing assets (e.g., website copy, one-pagers, case studies, social posts, and sales enablement materials)
• Support the Growth and RevOps teams in maintaining marketing systems, improving lead data quality, and streamlining campaign reporting and handoffs.
• Help test and execute growth tactics across channels, including email, paid, content, events, and partner programs, then turn performance insights into next-step recommendations.
• Assist with market and competitive research to sharpen our positioning and messaging
• Track and report on campaign performance, helping the team understand what's working and what isn't
• Partner with Sales and Product to support demand generation and customer engagement programs
• Take on independent projects as you ramp up

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Stellar track record as a top performer in academic and previous experience
• Strong writing skills and an eye for clear, compelling copy
• Curiosity about growth, B2B marketing, or health tech, prior experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you'd rather try something and iterate than wait for the perfect brief
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
• Genuine interest in healthcare, startups, or building things from scratch
