Sutherland Landscaping is offering a 12‑month paid apprentice program called GROW in Abbotsford. It’s designed for young adults ages 18–24 who want hands‑on trades experience with outdoor work and leadership development.

You’ll earn a steady wage while learning lawn care, pruning, edging, mulching, planting, and more, with mentorship and real job responsibilities. The program includes training, teamwork, and pathways to future opportunities within the company, with flexible hours and OT during

• Physical ability to handle hands-on tasks in all kinds of weather.

• A valid driver’s licence is a bonus, but not required.

What is the GROW Program?

GROW is a 1-year, minimum commitment designed for recent high school grads and young adults (18–24) who want to:

• Learn a trade
• Work outside
• Build confidence
• Get support figuring out their future

You’ll receive mentorship, hands‑on landscape training (pruning, lawncare, hardscaping, etc.), and guidance in personal growth areas like leadership, money management, conflict resolution, and understanding your personality strengths.
