The Opportunity:

Under Sunwing Vacations, we are seeking a Group Sales Costing Agent to join us in making vacation dreams come true. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, generate new sales through relationship building, grow customer loyalty, and expand product knowledge. You will accurately cost incoming quotes, provide product options, and promotional information within targeted timelines. This position reports to the Group Sales Support Supervisor and is based in Toronto, ON.

What You’ll Do:

• Cost and issue daily quotes accurately within 24 hours using Payload Guidelines.
• Manage all aspects of incoming Instant Group Quotes.
• Research distribution channels to ensure competitive pricing.
• Respond professionally and promptly to emails regarding group rate requests.
• Prioritize quotes to maximize conversion rates.
• Follow up on pending quotes with calls.
• Answer group telephone inquiries promptly, providing quotes or assisting with group administration as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma in Travel or 2 years of relevant travel industry experience (asset).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent customer service skills, adaptable to customer needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
