About the Team: Instacart’s Logistics Product team drives our multi-sided fulfillment engine, providing fast, affordable delivery and pickup options, flexible earnings for shoppers, and improving fulfillment efficiency. The GPM will collaborate closely with engineering, machine learning, data science, and operations teams.
About The Role
Lead a team of Product Managers focused on service coverage, delivery times, order batching and routing, shopper matching, positioning, and pay.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits. This role is remote, with hiring limited to Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia. The base pay range for Canadian candidates is $212,000—$235,000 CAD, depending on experience and location. Additional benefits include equity grants and annual refresh grants.
