Job Description
CUSTOMER

  • Lead a team of professionals and managers to achieve operational objectives, maintain effective daily operations, and deliver quality service and transaction processing aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance within your area of specialization.
  • Review and assign incoming files to Investigators/Investigative Specialists.
  • Conduct investigations as a working lead, ensuring standards are followed.
  • Prepare documents for criminal/non-criminal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to gather intelligence.
  • Ensure investigations are completed professionally and timely.
  • Identify procedural weaknesses and communicate improvements.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and techniques.
  • Represent the department on projects/committees as needed.

SHAREHOLDER

  • Contribute to business planning, operationalize strategies, and deliver services.
  • Work with business leaders to optimize resource use.
  • Monitor and communicate effectiveness of strategies and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements and develop strategies.
  • Coordinate with various organizational partners.
  • Maintain compliance and risk management culture.

EMPLOYEE / TEAM

  • Manage and lead the team, setting targets and objectives.
  • Develop team skills and act as a mentor.
  • Lead performance management activities.
  • Foster a diverse, fair, and cohesive team environment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally.

Breadth & Depth

  • Provide leadership in hiring, goal setting, and performance management.
  • Manage Investigators for specific regions or units.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of investigative techniques and trends.
  • Take a working manager role with caseload responsibilities.
  • Handle complex investigations with potential reputational impact.
  • Present and recommend to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other business areas and establish stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry and market trends.

Experience And / Or Education

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
