Job summary

Beneva in Ontario, Canada seeks a Business Projects and Practice Improvement Consultant, Group Insurance. The advisor contributes to performance, operational evolution, and value-added solutions within the VP, leveraging contact centre expertise, data analysis, and process optimization.

With 8+ years in insurance and strong leadership, you will drive change, lead improvement projects, and coordinate strategic plans in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Eight years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, including three years in a high-volume contact centre.
• Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
• Extensive knowledge of contact centre operations, performance metrics and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, process optimization and operational performance improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, influential leadership, autonomy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive initiative.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers in the positioning, planning, development, implementation and follow-up of VP mandates.
• Structure and carry out business improvement and problem-solving projects, and lead as needed.
• Develop change management strategies and implementation plans, and assess organizational impacts.
• Analyze and recommend opportunities to improve VP operations, knowledge, procedures and team effectiveness.
• Represent the VP and its teams at meetings and committees.
• Participate in analyses to support proposed solutions (cost-benefit studies, business analyses, organizational impact assessments, new processes/work methodologies).
• Plan and prepare reports and accountability deliverables related to assigned activities.
• Support VP and management in strategic and operational planning.
