GoodLife Fitness in Canada is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor Trainee to learn to deliver high-quality, engaging classes and progress toward licensure as a Group Fitness Instructor.
The program includes pre-training tasks, trainer-led or self-directed sessions, and post-training activities to certify and begin teaching. Compensation starts at CAD 17.60 hourly with opportunities for career growth and employee benefits.
The Group Fitness Instructor Trainee is responsible for learning how to provide a high quality, engaging and motivating experience, that includes safe, inclusive and enjoyable instruction and leadership for participants in all Group Experience classes. They do so by undergoing a live, virtual or self-directed training process, which may include completing pre- and post-training work, filming videos for assessment, etc., with the goal of attaining program certification by the end of the training process and becoming hired as a Group Fitness Instructor.

The selected candidate will start at a base wage of $17.60. The expected annual total compensation is $1,300 determined by the expected total number of hours to complete the certification.
