Job description

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Who is a Group Fitness Instructor?

A Group Fitness Instructor provides instruction of a high quality, safe and enjoyable experience in all Group Fitness classes.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide instruction of a high quality, safe and enjoyable experience in all Group Fitness classes.
  • Promote/support your own classes/programs as well as other classes/programs to encourage Member engagement in Group Experience programming.
  • Teach a minimum of twice per week and follow the subbing policy.
  • Support Club Management with handling Member concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with Management and other Associates.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Relevant certification required; you must have a relevant certification to be considered.
  • CPR-A Certification; you must have current CPR-A to be considered. AED is strongly recommended
  • Energetic and personable with a healthy and positive outlook
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and dependable
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Health and Fitness Industry
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to fully understand and embrace the company culture

Compensation:

$45.00 - $55.00
