Job Details

Position: Group Fitness Instructor

Location: Mississauga Heartland Town Centre

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, safe, and enjoyable instruction in all Group Fitness classes.
  • Promote and support your classes/programs and encourage member engagement in Group Experience programming.
  • Teach a minimum of twice per week and adhere to the subbing policy.
  • Handle member concerns professionally and support club management.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with management and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Relevant fitness certification and CPR-A certification (AED recommended).
  • Energetic, personable, motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the health and fitness industry.
  • Customer-focused with ability to embrace company culture and core values (Care, Trust, Integrity, etc.).
  • Committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility.
