Role Overview:

We are seeking Group Fitness professionals to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. Our coaches focus on our members, making them feel like an integral part of the studio community. This commitment inspires members and encourages them to show up as their best selves for every class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-designed workouts
• Working in a fast-paced group fitness environment
• Ensuring all participants have a high-quality experience
• Helping members set and achieve fitness goals
• Collaborating with the sales team to guide new members through their first workout
• Monitoring and correcting members' form during workouts
• Understanding the science behind our workouts, especially heart-rate focused training programs, and staying informed about competitors
• Demonstrating proper use of all equipment involved in workouts
• Being a team player

This position requires 8-12+ hours of coaching per week. Candidates must hold Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certifications, along with CPR/AED/First Aid certifications.
